To design sounds for 3 large scale monsters; Camel, Owl, and 2 legged emu without head thing. Help any other sounds that need doing. Full asset list:

With the reference track given to me, I created something in Logic 9, but it wasn't great so I threw it away, upgraded to Logic x, downloaded the orchestral instrument pack and created something different. This sounds much better. It's written in the key of F minor on an alternating 2 chord structure, given the shortness of the piece. This key gives a feeling of what I'd call eery accomplishment which goes well for something mythical or monstrous. The fast paced cello/celesta riff was my attempt at creating something similar to the reference track, I think it fits well as the main riff the whole way through. I've brought in double bass and will try and put in some sort of percussion, though I'm not too keen on the percussion of the timpani in Logic x so I'll look for something a bit more substantial.
