A Guitar and Laura - Production Plan

The brief: I'm going to aim to create a 3 or more track EP with original songs consisting of acoustic guitar and an amazing voice. Something to a similar tune of early Taylor Swift (reference for sure) but less country. And finish with a final product that has been mastered and ready for distribution including an album cover art/photo. I wont have time for a huge amount of songs so I've limited it to 3 or 4 original songs, no covers as this would make the project too large. Since this kind of song will be relatively easy to record I think that the mastering will take more of a heavier focus in this project which is good.
The Timeframe:
I want this to be done by week 6 so that gives me 5 weeks to record and master these songs. with regards to the distribution I've given myself until the end of the tri (week12) to firstly find out what kind of art/photo the singer wants and work with a graphics designer or a photographer to create a piece of work that is to her liking. Week1: N/A Week2: production plan, talent sourced, studios booked
Week3: (proper beginning)
Aim to have guide tracks for all songs laid down. This hopefully will be done in one session in the s6. This will need to be done before anything else gets done. Mics: Using 2 AKG's for the guitar in an xy config 6 inches from the sound hole of the seated guitar position. For the guide vocals I will use just an sm58 but I will be testing the NTK, RE20 and nuemann u87 to see what I like best. (probably the nuemann right?)
Week4:
Will be overdubbing the guitars and vocals/fixing anything that doesn't sound right. The songs are written well and include many features that can be made to be built up/down so perfecting these parts will keep listeners entertained. Since Laura's vocals are so powerful there may be an issue of degradation after a long session so vocals may need to be broken up over 2 weeks. The plan will be to overdub using the mic of choice (most likely neumann) in the S6 with the backing baffle board in order to isolate the vocal as much as possible from reverb, run the vocal through the Bricasti M7 for a reverb that's similar to Red era Taylor Swift.
Week5: Hope to finish vocal overdubs this week. Mixes will be started and up to a midway mixed point at least. Aiming to then start on making the song better. This will also be the time when I focus on garnering attention from a graphics designer/photographer. This will also be a week of mixing, getting a well mixed track and adding the extra elements to the song that will bring it up to taylor swift levels (other guitar parts or other instruments.
Week6: The mixing will be done or almost complete and mastering will be on it's way
Week7: Final masters will be complete and ready for distribution.
